Just like me....

Next week at this time we will have been half way through our retreat. All of us are feeling the heat of the hearth fire approaching, frying what needs to be eaten, to digest it fully and then to let it go fully.

Phyllida's own voice is really what needs t;o be heard now, as always cutting right through to the point of breaking hearts open..."
